Welcome to Vineyard Bed & Breakfast
Vineyard Bed & Breakfast is a 5 bedroom, second-generation family homestead that alludes to a simpler, gentler way of life. Built at the turn of the century, it has all the charm of yesteryear with modern conveniences and updated country style.
Typical to farmhouse construction, you will find our accommodations generous in size and unique in nature. Our common areas include a large, welcoming family room with a natural stone fireplace that takes up most of the west wall. The kitchen and dining area are roomy enough to easily accommodate larger groups and families. Our open and airy sunroom invites you to read, converse or simply sit a while to reflect total relaxation.
General Information:
All rooms have private baths, individual heating and air conditioning controls, ceiling fans, cable television, access to common areas and grounds. All guests also have access to convenience appliances: coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator.
The Vineyard Suite is a spacious 2 room suite with its own private fireplace and luxurious king size bed and recliner. It boasts a connected sitting room with queen size sleeper sofa and large picture window overlooking the vineyards, countryside and sweeping views of Lake Erie and it's beautiful sunsets. It comfortably sleeps 4-6 guests.
The Concord Suite is a double room with a king size bed plus a step down room
with a queen size sleeper-sofa and recliner chair. Guests will enjoy a large picture window with views of our famous vineyards, the Pennsylvania countryside and Lake Erie sunsets. It comfortably sleeps 4 guests.
Our Niagara Room is a spacious room with a king size bed and two LA-Z-BOY chairs. The large picture window provides plenty of light as well as an ever-changing view of our grape vineyards and world famous Lake Erie Sunsets. On clear days, Canada can be seen. This room comfortably sleeps 2 guests.
Our Catawba Room is perfect for couples. It features a queen size bed, two wing-back chairs, and in season, the incredible aromas of orchards and vineyards. Enjoy sweeping views of Pennsylvania grape country and stunning Lake Erie Sunsets
The Fredonia Room is a cozy room featuring a queen size bed, two comfortable armchairs and a view overlooking the grounds and gazebo. This room is perfect for you if you enjoy the morning sun streaming through your windows. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests. Sunny disposition not required. We'll provide the sun
Our Policies
At the Vineyard Bed & Breakfast, we pride ourselves on old-fashioned hospitality. We strive to make your visit enjoyable and memorable. All of our policies are meant to ensure a pleasant visit.

Rates are affordable: $80 - $105 per night.
Rates include: Generous country-style breakfast with coffee and homemade grape juice.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation may be canceed and refunded in full if cancelled with at least ten days notice. Any reservation cancelled with less than ten days notice will incur a ½ rate charge.
